A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. This site does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy governs its processing.
An email or contact message may be kept long enough to answer and manage the request. It is not shared outside the organization unless doing so is needed to provide the response or is required by law.

Subject to applicable law and the ability to verify the request, a user may ask to:
- receive a copy of personal data held by this site;
- correct inaccurate information;
- erase information no longer needed; or
- opt out of processing where that right applies.
These requests apply only to this site’s data. A public release record held by FCSO, the Clerk, FDC, or another agency must be addressed with that custodian.
Changes to This Notice
This privacy notice may be revised as site practices, providers, or legal duties change. A new version takes effect when it is posted here with its updated effective date.
